The big promise that has emerged from the increasing capabilities of LLM’s has been the potential to do tasks that would normally be done by developers who understand code languages.

Tasks, like Web Building and App Development are looking like areas that LLM’s like ChatGPT may at some stage be able to assist the ‘code illiterate’ among us.

It’s important to note, that despite the hype we are not there yet. The best examples have been displayed by the latest ChatGPT4. They show that from a simple sketch or screen grab of a basic web page the chatbot was able to mimic it quite well with all the code necessary to build. It would seem that beyond this though is only a matter of time.

Tomorrow’s Ape has had a go at ChatGPT attempting a website design with DALLE3 and it was pretty impressive. With a summary of TA it was able to interpret the visual aesthetic and intention of the website pretty well. Below are the design proposals.

Let’s be real though, a human designer would excel at this to a greater level, tailoring the design intent to more specific functionalities related to your business needs.

However, for those not needing the bespoke approach what’s on offer here would suffice and there is the ability to iterate and progress with the designs should you wish.

Show me the code!

When I asked to write the code for these designs, it enthusiastically obliged, but with a disclaimer. It provided the code for a simple website without the complexity of the design.

As far as writing the code for a website like this? We are still a little way off. But, the potential is clear.

Curious Refuge continue to show what is possible with AI film making. From the studio that brought you Wes Anderson’s Star Wars, they have released a new short film by Caleb Ward and it is billed as the first AI Documentary.

Do you remember Milli Vanilli? The 80’s styling and imagery is truly sumptuous.

With Microsofts release of AutoGen it it is now possible to leverage any LLM like ChatGPT4 to create AI Assistant teams to carry out tasks.

AutoGen is a platform by with you can plugin agents and give them specific tasks. The most effective way to use them I’ve seen is by creating teams of AI Agents that are instructed to play different roles. They can be the same LLM, but simply prompted to write code, check for mistakes or make schedules and instruct other Agents.

You still need to have some programming knowledge to take advantage of this revolutionary technology at this stage. Start-ups or even larger companies like Amazon will likely do this part soon.

So essentially, things are getting so close now to real production of helpful AI assistants out of the box!

What is likely to happen? Let’s Speculate

Retail Shopping will be revolutionised. It’s foreseeable that there will be AI’s at the shopfront and AI’s doing the shopping. No need to scour websites yourself to find what you’re looking for or to find a bargain!

Imagine a scenario in which you want to shop online for a new TV or some clothes for your wardrobe.

You will chat with your AI personal assistant, who will likely have already had conversations about various items you shop for and understands your tastes.

They will set off with a team of AI agents to provide you with the best options and prices. They will even be able to make recommendations and evaluate when retailers are likely to have sales that relate to your item.

No need to look yourself, and if you like window shopping and want to peruse what’s out there, you can have your agent provide you with a wide or narrow selections based on what you like. They can also create a personalised shopping App with galleries in which to view the items. Essentially your own curated online shop. Imagine it with augmented reality as well and the mind boggles.

Here’s a rundown of how it might work:

You the User’s Agents:

1. Chatbot AI - The point of communication with you the User. Works as your Personal Assistant and Discusses your needs and presents you with your options and solutions.

2. Project Manager - Overseas all AI agents work and course corrects, creates schedules and re-deploys AI's as needed.

3. Search Agents - Scouring the net to find what you need.

4. Programming AI's - Write the code necessary to carry out any Tasks

5. Purchase Agent - Works with you Personal Finance Agent to make the purchase.

The Online Retail Store's AI Agents:

1. AI Sales Assistant - Presents all the info about the products and pricing to the Search Agents.

2. Delivery Agent - Takes care of delivery.

Here’s a fun way I tried to get ChatGPT with DALLE3 to illustrate it with an Infographic complete with text errors. Will need more practice to get these right 🤣

Adobe has proven to be the most reliable software for all things visual over the years and is not willing to let that mantle go easily. The company has shown that it is taking a slowly, but surely approach to AI integration.

The recent Adobe Max event revealed a host of new features.

The new Firefly 2 Image Model is out and here’s what they are saying:

• Has more knowledge about landmarks and cultural symbols.

• Better people generation

• Improved dynamic range 

• Auto mode for Content type

They also showed some Generative Features for Video that looked pretty impressive.

⛓Elon Musk has been vocally fearful of AI existential risk for humanity.

⛓Tesla are currently building a powerful supercomputer 'Dojo' to be the potential brain of the 'Muskonomy'

⛓The 'Muskonomy' consists of machines that operate on Earth, Under Earth, In Space and in our Own Environment. i.e. Tesla , The Boring Company, SpaceX and Optimus.

⛓With Tesla Energy and X, the 'Muskonomy' also has a power source and a means of communication.

⛓ If AI is to be feared, it's most likely to present a danger if it were capable of getting out of the box and traverse the physical world.

🌳Tree Top Theory:

Elon Musk is essentially building an AI 'Brain' with a physical 'Body'.

🌿Out on a Branch:

Is it possible Elon wants to save the world by making a kind of chess move that would see his companies 'Good' AI capabilities become an insurmountable challenge to any 'Evil' AI or one controlled by an evil human?

🙈🙉🙊 Tomorrow’s Ape Jungle Psychology:

I'm assuming, if it were true, this would have become an emergent idea, or even an unconscious one as Tesla has grown.

I kinda get the impression this is how he thinks, good or bad. The evil AI in his minds eye would be his father Errol Musk judging by what his biographer Walter Isaacson has said recently, so I wouldn't be surprised.

🤔Conclusion:

True or not, it's kinda awe inspiring to think how far a human mind might go to defeat their inner demons 😁

Meta have released Celebrity chatbots through WhatsApp.

This one’s a little creepy and likely to keep your shut-ins, well shut in!

Why talk to a human again if you can have AI celebrity chatbot friends!
